Hi, sweetie! I’m super glad you like the theme! I’m sorry it’s giving you a bit of trouble, though. First, double check that you have the “show standalone” option turned on.
Then, scroll back up to the image upload options and upload the image you’d like!
Voila! A working render image.
You can also switch the render from the right to left side of your screen (once the option’s been turned on) using the right standalone toggle.
I hope this helps!
Ahh, thank you so much!! I’m so, so glad you like them!! Let me know if you need anything, yeah? Thank you again!! (:
Shh, sweetie—there are no stupid questions! (: And yes, you can! In your customize theme page, there should be a bunch of image upload options below the text box where you can type in the description. To upload a new transparent image, click the “upload” button on the standalone option.
Hi, sweetie! All of the theme’s options can be found on your customize theme page. To change the picture of the girl on the right, upload a new imageright, and to change the picture on the left (only seen when you have the text boxes option turned off) upload a new imageleft!
I hope this helps, dear! (: And thanks so much for using my theme!!
I’m so glad you liked it! We fanfic authors have to stick together, yeah? (;
Let me know if you need anything! I’m always happy to help. And best of luck on your story, sweetie!
Sorry, sweetie—Sick Hot Beats is the only one I’ve done with Dave up to this point. But!! All of my themes are totally customizable, and you can add pictures and images of him into any one of them! (:
Hi, sweetie!! The code for both versions of the theme is the same, actually! I just changed the pictures and turned off some options for the second version of the live preview. (:
You can do this by going into your customize theme page and changing the background image and colors:
Both the imageright and imageleft pictures are optional, so you’ll have to go down to the options section to turn those on and off.
Both the dark and light previews had 400px posts, so you can just leave that the same. The dark preview had infinite scroll turned on, too, I believe. But! It had the righstide image option turned off, the extra links option turned off, and the text boxes option turned off. In addition, the transparent posts, navigation, and description options were turned off. (The transparent text boxes option is irrelevant if you have the text boxes option turned off, so you don’t have to worry about that one!). Now, the leftside image should show up, and voila! You have a replica of the dark preview of the theme. (:
I hope this helps, sweetie! Thanks so much for stopping by! I’m really glad you like my theme enough to consider using it. You’re fantastic! Let me know if there’s anything else you’d like me to help you with. <3
Hi, sweetie! I code my themes using CSS, HTML, and (sometimes) JQuery in the tumblr theme HTML editor on the customize theme page. Everything is done completely by hand, and I don’t use a program for anything if that’s what you’re asking? Ahh, sorry! There’s a lot of stuff in my super secret advice tag that talks about it more specifically. (:
Hmm… I know the code is fine because I’m using it on my personal blog. It should show up as soon as you type in the link title. If you want, you can send me the url to your side blog and I’ll take a closer look at it? Sorry, sweetie. There isn’t much I can do from here. /:
